1. The Nature of the Unique
Every INartsXXI work is an unrepeatable piece. Given the organic origin of the materials —such as cellulose fibers and driftwood— small variations in texture, color, and shape are scars of time and marks of the handcrafted process. These characteristics are not defects, but rather proof of your piece's singularity.

2. Shipping and Timelines
We ship worldwide using reinforced and sustainable packaging.

• Shipping Damage: If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, sending photos of the packaging and the work to inartsxxi@gmail.com

• Shipping Insurance: All large-format works travel with insurance included for your complete peace of mind.
   

3. Return Policy
Due to the exclusive and commissioned nature of many of our works, we do not accept returns for change of mind after shipping. We accept purchase resolution only if:

• The piece shows structural damage not resulting from transport.

• The work does not correspond to the technical description provided.

4. Resolution Process
Our commitment is to your satisfaction. Should any unforeseen issue arise, we will analyze each situation individually to ensure a fair solution, whether through restoration, replacement (when possible), or a refund via the original payment method.

5. Commissioned Projects
For bespoke commissions and custom works, specific terms of adjudication and execution apply, which are detailed at the time of the quote.
